This Privacy Policy explains how Hrosh (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles your information when you use the App. By using Hrosh, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Hrosh does not collect, store, or process any personal data. All information you enter—such as transactions, categories, subscriptions, budgets, or notes—is stored locally on your device and optionally backed up to iCloud, if enabled. We do not have access to your data at any time.

To power specific features, Hrosh integrates with third-party services. These services may handle limited, non-personal data as outlined below:

• RevenueCat – Used for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions. It may generate anonymous identifiers but does not collect personally identifiable information (PII).

• OpenAI – Used to process user input (text or voice) and convert it into structured financial transactions via AI. Your input is transmitted securely and not linked to your identity.

All user-generated data remains on your device. If iCloud is enabled, data may be synced to your personal Apple iCloud account, governed by Apple’s privacy policies. Hrosh does not access or transmit your financial data to any server we control.

Hrosh does not require user accounts or registration. We do not collect email addresses, names, or passwords.

We do not sell, rent, or share any user data—because we do not collect it. All data remains under your control and resides solely on your device or iCloud account.

For users in the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants rights related to personal data. Since Hrosh does not collect or process personal information, these rights are not applicable. You may delete all app data at any time directly from your device.

Hrosh is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided any personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action—though, by design, no personal data is collected.

While we take reasonable precautions to ensure the security of the App, no system is entirely secure. By using Hrosh, you acknowledge that any data loss or unauthorized access is at your own risk. We encourage regular backups via iCloud or manual exports if supported.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Because we do not collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly. The most current version will always be available within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
