Terms of Use

Welcome to Hrosh! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hrosh mobile application ("App"), which provides a personal finance tracking service. By using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

Hrosh is a mobile app designed to help individuals manage their personal finances. Users can log income and expenses, create budgets, track subscriptions, visualize data with charts, and receive AI-generated financial insights—all while keeping their data private and secure on their own device.

Hrosh does not require user registration or collection of any personal data. All data is stored locally on your device and optionally backed up to iCloud. We do not have access to your financial data.

Users are responsible for all data they enter into the App. Since Hrosh does not feature any social sharing or user-generated public content, users are solely accountable for the accuracy and security of their personal data.

Hrosh offers the following in-app purchase:

• A Annual Subscription, without a trial period.
• A Monthly Subscription, without a trial period.
• A Weekly Subscription, without a trial period.

All payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store and managed by RevenueCat, which uses randomly assigned identifiers to manage transactions. Prices and terms are clearly displayed during the purchase process.

The App relies on the following services to provide core features:

• RevenueCat - Manages subscriptions and purchase validation. No personal data is collected.
• OpenAI - Converts text input into structured transaction data. No identities are attached.
• Open Exchange Rates - Provides up-to-date currency conversion rates.

Your data remains on your device and iCloud. Hrosh does not have access to, nor can it delete, your data. You can manage or delete all information directly through your device settings or by deleting the App.

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages, including loss or corruption of data. You are responsible for maintaining backups and ensuring your device's security.

Any disputes related to the use of the App will first be resolved amicably, and if unresolved, governed by the laws of Ukraine. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ukraine for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App.

The name Hrosh, its logo, and related assets are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Since we do not maintain user accounts, we cannot notify users directly. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
